Hiking Tours of Tijuca Park
There is a Company called Rio Hiking which does English language tours in tshe wonderful Tijuca Forest and up mountains close to Rio de Janeiro. Including pickup and also lunch the cost is about R$150 for about five hours and more for a longer tour. Check the price before you book as it may have changed

To visit the Cristo Redentor, or Sugarloaf mountain, it may be best to take a cab arranged by your hoTelephone.
